Digital Courses Data: We deliver our digital wellbeing courses using Articulate 360’s learning platform, Reach 360. When you access a course, the only personal information we can see is the name you enter when registering. We do not see your email address or any other identifying details. You are free to use a pseudonym or generic username if you prefer to remain anonymous.

We use this name information solely to track course access, progress, and completion, so we can deliver the training effectively and improve our services. We do not collect this data on behalf of employers, and no employer has access to your personal course activity. Our lawful basis for this processing is contractual necessity (to provide you with the training you have enrolled in) and legitimate interests (to monitor and improve our training services). Your information is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, after which it is anonymised or securely deleted. Articulate, the provider of Reach 360, acts as a data processor and may process limited technical information in order to provide the service. You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restrictions on the processing of your personal data. If you have any concerns about how your information is used within Reach 360, please contact us at info@hercuwise.com.

These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of any digital products or services from HercuWise Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or accessing our digital learning content, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

Description of Digital Products and Services: We offer evidence-based workplace wellbeing digital learning courses delivered via A Learning Management System (LMS), Articulate Reach, hosted by Articulate 360. Each course purchase includes: Access to the selected e-learning modules; Any included downloadable resources; Optional email support and progress tracking (if applicable)

Delivery Format and Access: Once your payment is received: You will receive an access link via email to the Articulate Reach LMS; Access is typically granted within 1 business day of purchase unless stated otherwise; You are responsible for ensuring you provide a valid email address and have suitable internet access and device compatibility.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are offered once: You have accessed the digital learning environment, or you have downloaded any included resources. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow digital content providers to limit cancellation rights once content is accessed or downloaded, if clearly stated at purchase. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@hercuwise.com.

Licensing and Use of Digital Content: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the digital product for personal or internal business use only. You may not: Share login credentials; Copy, distribute, resell, or alter the materials; Upload the content to another platform or public site; Use HercuWise materials to create derivative or competing products

Business-wide or team licences must be agreed via separate contract.

Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We reserve the right to change prices or offerings at any time, but not after purchase is confirmed.

Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please email support@hercuwise.com in the first instance. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Should further resolution be required, we agree to use an independent mediation service before pursuing legal action, unless urgent legal remedy is needed.
