Q: What is HercuWise and how does it support workplace wellbeing?

 

A: HercuWise provides evidence-based workplace wellbeing digital training designed by healthcare professionals, academics, occupational health experts and contributors linked with King’s College London and the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM). The courses help organisations strengthen the mental health, physical and social health of their workforce.

Q: What makes HercuWise’s digital wellbeing training evidence-based?

A: Every module is built on peer-reviewed research, public health guidance, occupational health standards including SOM Voluntary Code of Practice for Workplace Wellbeing Providers and behavioural science frameworks. With contributions from 10 specialist experts, the content integrates academic rigour with practical workplace application.

Q: How does your digital training improve employee wellbeing?

 

A: Research shows that structured, bite-sized digital learning boosts self-awareness, improves coping skills, strengthens healthy habits and reduces stress. The HercuWise courses help employees create sustainable lifestyle improvements that enhance performance, resilience and overall wellbeing.

 

Q: How are the modules delivered digitally?

 

A: All programmes are created in Articulate Rise (part of Articulate 360 software), offering high-quality, interactive, accessible learning that works across laptops, tablets and mobile devices. This ensures wellbeing training is scalable, flexible, consistent, easy, interactive (and fun!) for staff to complete.

 

Q: Can the training integrate with our LMS?

 

A: Yes. HercuWise provides SCORM-compliant packages compatible with most Learning Management Systems, including Moodle, Totara, LearnUpon, TalentLMS and many others. If you don't have an LMS, hosting via HercuWise using Articulate Reach lightweight LMS is also available for a faster rollout.

Q: What topics do your workplace wellbeing modules cover?

​

A: Our package includes nine topics, ensuring we cover the topics that matter most to you and your employees. All content aligns with evidence from public health bodies, occupational health research and also aligns with the SOM Voluntary Code of Practice for Workplace Wellbeing Providers, with the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) frameworks and with CIPD recommendations.

Q: How quickly can we deploy the training?

​

A: Most organisations can launch HercuWise within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your LMS setup, and the number of courses selected. If you do not have an LMS, you can access the courses immediately via the integrated ‘Articulate Reach’ LMS which is easy and seamless to use.

Q: How do we measure the impact of the digital wellbeing training?

​

A: HercuWise supports your evaluation through: Engagement metrics Pre/post knowledge gains Behaviour change indicators Wellbeing self-assessment Qualitative staff feedback We can provide you with an evaluation model which draws on frameworks used in occupational health research and heathcare research settings.

 

Q: Can we customise the digital wellbeing modules?

A: Yes. We can work with you to tailor the courses, messaging, sector-specific scenarios, branding and additional add-on courses, for example expanding on leadership wellbeing or neurodiversity topics.
