We offer in-person workshops initially throughout Scotland. These are delivered by at least two experts (Registered Dietitian & Chartered Psychologist). Sessions are interactive, engaging and focus on proactive strategies to support the physical, mental and social health of your workforce.
These in-person sessions can be delivered independantly, or to complement our digital package.
