At HercuWise, everything we create is backed by science. Our Workplace Research is led by Dr. Rachel Gibson, who produces cutting-edge research to tackle today’s biggest workplace health challenges to help businesses build healthier, more inclusive teams.​

Dr Gibson is a nationally recognised leader in workplace health. She currently chairs The Nutrition Society’s Workplace Diet and Health Special Interest Group and is Research Lead for the British Dietetic Association in this area.

​

Her expertise is widely sought—having spoken at national conferences and policy events including the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Nutrition: Science and Health, and Eurest UK’s 'Workplace Futures Forum'. â€‹Dr Gibson is a frequent speaker on shift work and nutrition, with contributions including Nursing Live (2024) and Physiology in Focus (2024).
